Rapid growth in the area has placed constraints on traditional models for public financing and development of water resources and infrastructure. BVRT recognizes a real and urgent need for developing new models to rebuild and create new water resources and infrastructure that satisfy the needs for sustainable water resources and enhance the economic, environmental, and social vitality of communities in the Texas Triangle. Water resources include recovered water, private landowner’s rights to groundwater or surface water, conservation, reclamation, capture and storage of wet-weather surplus, and importation of water from nearby regions. BVRT overcomes those constraints by building, financing, and operating water systems quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.

The Company was founded to perform any or all of the following services: development, finance, acquisition, construction, ownership and operations of water-related assets and infrastructure specifically involving private/public partnerships or private development opportunities. This model enables new communities to begin, and existing communities to expand.
